Vikram specializes in corporate and regulatory laws with emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign direct investment. He also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters including in the areas of aviation and aerospace, real estate, healthcare regulatory and compliance, technology, media and telecom and retail.
Apart from the above, Vikram is known for his in-depth knowledge of labour & employment laws and has considerable expertise and experience in advising both domestic and international clients on a range of legal and regulatory issues in the practice area.
He has experience in advising clients in diverse industry sectors including manufacturing, fashion, retail, hospitality, media, aviation, medical devices, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, services, real estate, information technology, telecommunications and infrastructure.
