Vikas has been involved in advising clients in diverse industry sectors including manufacturing, fashion, retail, hospitality, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, services, real estate, and IT/ITes.
He has experience in advising both domestic and international clients with respect to legal and title due diligence, lease, leave and license agreement, deeds and on a range of legal and regulatory issues and approvals with respect to drugs & cosmetic, medical devices, legal metrology and labour registrations and employment laws and real estate.
