Varun is a Partner at the firm. He specializes in Litigation, white-collar crimes, Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution practices. He has an experience of around sixteen years into the profession and was involved in several high stake matters, including the famous 2G Spectrum case.
He has an extensive exposure dealing with various kinds of civil and criminal proceeding(s)/litigation across India before the Supreme Court, High Courts and Trial Courts. He has experience in dealing with matters related to proceedings in terms of provisions under Indian Penal Code, 1860; the Customs Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002; the Prevention of Corruption Act,1988; 1962; Insurance Acts,; the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016; the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and etc.
He has also represented and assisted clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts and special courts established under the Acts.
