Sweta is a Senior Associate and part of Compliance & Regulatory team. Her area of practice includes advisory on corporate and allied laws including company law and foreign exchange laws.
She has worked with clients across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality and IT service and has also provided advisory services related to the import export code and various licensing schemes such as advance licensing, export promotion of capital goods etc. under FDI Policy 2015-20.
Sweta holds dual qualification as a lawyer and company secretary.
