Rohan is a Senior Associate and part of the Litigation & Alternate Dispute Resolution team.
He has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial disputes including representing clients in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations, special leave petitions, suits, and writ petitions and appearing for matters before various Tribunals such as Real Estate Regulatory Authority, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Central Electricity Regulatory Commission.
Apart from his experience at district & subordinate courts and tribunals, he has drafted pleadings and defended clients from various sectors and industries including building & construction, aviation, electricity generation and hospitality, before various high courts and the Supreme Court of India.
Such varied exposure and extensive experience has allowed him to develop his professional skills and ability to handle high stake commercial disputes at every stage such as admission, evidence, cross examination, submissions, and arguments.
