Rohan is a part of Litigation & Alternate Dispute Resolution team.

He has extensive experience in wide range of commercial disputes wherein he has represented clients in ad-hoc & institutional arbitrations, special leave petitions, suits, write petitions and in the matters before various Tribunals such as NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT & CERC.

Apart from his experience before Courts & Tribunals, he had the opportunity to draft contentious pleadings for the clients from various industries including renowned building & construction companies, aviation companies, electricity generations companies, hospitality sector companies, which have developed his professional skills while handling disputes at every stage such as admission, evidence, cross examination, submissions & arguments before Courts and Tribunals.
